The Carteret County Amateur Radio Society (CCARS) welcomes you to our little part of the net.
Please take a look around. If we can help you in your exploration of Amateur Radio,
give us a shout or better yet, come on out to the CCARS monthly meeting.

The entrance is located behind the chain link fence directly behind the barber shop. Breakfast at 8:00 off the menu, meeting begins at 8:30.

License Testing is conducted on the 3rd Saturday of every odd month in Morehead City

We had one pass during our testing session of November 17th. 16 year old Jake Bleck of Atlantic Beach stepped up to the plate and passed his Technician's test. Congrats, Jake, and welcome to the hobby.

The next testing session will be held on Saturday, January 19, 2019.

Walk-ins are welcome. However, if you notify us first we will

be sure to have enough donuts for everyone!

Tests are conducted at the First Presbyterian Church, Arendell St. in Morehead City

We get underway at 09:00 am sharp.
